Overview of Idea

Collier County, which encompasses the cities of Naples and Immokalee in the state of Florida, hides a very insidious secret: it separates families and deports hard working individuals. Our idea is to tell these stories to the general masses through videos that build power & change lives.

The Specifics: What will the $3,000 fund?

With this financial support, we will buy professional grade cameras and sound equipment so that our video quality improves. We also hope to purchase editing software, fund transportation to locations and support distribution costs. It is our greatest hope that in the future, we can create a full feature documentary of our local stories so that our local residents and others can learn more about the injustices occurring.
